Homeowners can pull the appropriate permits on property they own and have a homestead exemption on. 
  • Mechanical: Seer rating if replacing a full unit (State License Required)
  • Electrical: Amperage, Feeder Panels, outlets, etc. (State License Required)

    • Water Heater - How many gallons, and is it electrical or gas?
    • If replacing backflow – where are you replacing it?
