How to Sign Up

Creating your Gatesville Alerts account only takes a few minutes. Follow the steps below to get started.

STEP 1 — Create Your Account

Select Create Account on the Gatesville Alerts sign-up page.

Enter either your email address or phone number. Everbridge will send you a 6-digit verification code.

Enter the code when prompted to verify your account and continue. If you are using a landline, choose the option to receive the code by phone call.

STEP 2 — Complete Your Registration

Next, enter your contact and location information.

You will be asked for information such as:

  • First and last name
  • Home address
  • City, state and ZIP code
  • Email address
  • Cell phone number for text alerts
  • Phone number for voice calls

When you are finished, select Register.

STEP 3 — Complete Your Profile

After registering, you will complete your Gatesville Alerts profile.

First, you will have the opportunity to add any additional phone numbers, email addresses or locations where you would like to receive alerts.

Select Save & Continue to move to Alert Subscriptions.

Choose Your Alerts: Select the alert categories you would like to receive. You can use the arrows beside each category to view additional alert options.

Once you have made your selections, click Save & Continue.

STEP 4 — Review & Finish

Review your information and alert selections to make sure everything is correct.

Click Finish at the bottom of the page. You're now signed up to receive City of Gatesville Alerts!

You're All Set!

Once your setup is complete, Gatesville Alerts can send important City notifications directly to the phone numbers and email addresses you selected.
