- Must be equipped with a permanently installed water supply tank with a minimum capacity of 30 gallons
- Hot water heater must be provided that is capable of heating water to at least 110 degrees Fahrenheit
- If hooked to the sanitary sewer – grease trap required
- Vent-a-hood and fire suppression
- Annual license for annal inspections
- Copy of tax ID and/or business license, and DL of owner
- Mailing address of owner (not where the truck is parked)
