Serving the Gatesville Community The Streets Department is responsible for maintaining safe and reliable roadways throughout the City of Gatesville. The department works to support everyday travel by addressing roadway damage, improving drainage, maintaining signage and pavement markings, and responding to weather-related issues and other street concerns. Through ongoing maintenance and infrastructure improvements, the Streets Department helps keep the community moving safely and efficiently.

What We Do

Repair potholes, cracks, and other roadway damage
Maintain street signs, pavement markings, and right-of-ways
Perform grading and drainage improvements
Remove debris and address issues that affect roadway safety
Respond to weather-related concerns and emergency street issues
