Serving the Gatesville Community The Water Distribution Department is responsible for delivering safe, reliable drinking water to homes, businesses, schools, and public facilities throughout the community. The department maintains and repairs the city’s water mains, service lines, fire hydrants, and valves to help ensure consistent water pressure and flow. Through routine inspections, preventative maintenance, emergency response, and support for residential and commercial growth, the department helps safeguard public health and maintain essential city services.
