- Copy of the Lease or Purchase agreement: (Document must show name of occupants/owners and address)
- Copy of your Driver’s License
- Your contact phone number
- Your employer’s name
- Your employer’s phone number
- Deposit of $50.00 Water/$50.00 Sewer/$50.00 Garbage (Option to waive deposit with a 12 month letter of credit)
- Turn on fee $22.00 (non-refundable)
Once all items listed are received your account will be set up and we will call you for a deposit of up to $150.00.
