Gatesville Municipal Airport

The Gatesville Municipal Airport is a general aviation airport consisting of a 3,400 foot runway with Visual Flight Rules approach and Automated Weather Observation System that is accessible by telephone or aircraft radio. Located 3 miles west of Gatesville, the airport has services provided by Centex Aviation.

Here are a few things to know:

Pilots should bring their own tie-downs.

Fuel supply is limited. Do not rely on fuel being available.

Camping is allowed. 

No campfires. 

Grills with lids are ok. 

Pets on leash. 

We do not offer ground transportation into town. 

No food service is normally available, but we will consider offering a meal, if we have enough interest.
