Public Records
A request for public records from our office's Custodian of Records must be in writing and should have as many descriptors as possible in reference to the information you are requesting.
Records request forms are available from the dispatcher on duty.
Calling in advance will assist our Custodian of Records in confirming the record is available and in the processing of your request. Also, by calling ahead, you will be advised of any possible costs relating to the request.

Costs relating to records requests are as follows and may be subject to change:

| Paper Copies | 10 pages and up | $1.00 plus .10 cent per additional page |
| CD/DVD | each | CD - $1.00 DVD - $3.00 |
| Accident reports | per copy | $6.00 |
