Notice of Request for Bids
The City of Gatesville is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for Abatement by Wet Demolition and waste transport to TCEQ-permitted landfill. The City seeks a contractor to demolish and remove the former Rotunda Nursing Home, located at 2525 Osage, Gatesville, TX 76528. Bids will be received until April 20, 2023 at 3:00 p.m.
Major components of the work are as follows:
- Abatement by Wet Demolition of the remaining structures.
- Transportation of waste to TCEQ-permitted landfill.
Electronic bid documents, including specifications and location map are available on the City website (www.gatesvilletx.com)
The City of Gatesville reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
Bids may be held by the City of Gatesville for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award.
