Smart Meter Portal

The smart meter portal allows customers to view and pay their water bill online and also to monitor water usage, set consumption thresholds and receive alerts for exceeding the threshold or in the event of a leak.  This gives customers greater control managing their account. 

If you have previously set up an account to pay your water bill online there is no need to set up another one. The new features have automatically been added. Log in to your account and scroll down to subscribe to any alerts you want to receive. Click on the account number to see meter activity.
