PLATTING & SUBDIVISIONS NOTES:

Development Services has implemented submission deadlines for subdivision applications to comply with State legislation.  Deadline Dates are listed in the Development Review Schedule Document listed below.  Our policy is to ensure plans/plans are administratively complete, i.e., all items have been addressed, before moving forward to the Planning and Zoning Commission or the City Council for review and consideration.  

The applicant must address each requirement and, if not applicable, indicate it as such.  Staff is available to provide guidance before the submission deadline.  Please contact the planning staff to initiate a subdivision application.
