Effective February 16th, 2021 Tyler's Insite no longer supports Internet Explorer as a search engine for paying citations on line.  Tyler had to make this change to support a security update required for PCI compliance. The end user will receive an error message when using Internet Explorer. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Water bills are due and payable on the first day of the month. Bills not paid before 5:00 PM on the 15th of the month will have a 10% Penalty Charge added. Accounts that reflect a past due amount on the first business day of the month will be assessed an additional $35.00 Administrative Fee and will be subject to disconnection.

All Connection Payments processed after 4:00 PM will be turned on the following business day.
