Loan Periods

There is a 7 day grace period on books and audiobooks. If the item is returned within the first seven days after it is due no late fee is charged.  If the item is returned On the 8th day late fees will be charged from the first day the item was overdue.

There is no grace period on other items and late fees are charged from the 1st day items are overdue.

Emails or texts are the way of contact for overdue books.

Overdue notices are sent out one time as a courtesy for items that are at least 4 days overdue.  Library patrons are responsible for late fees whether the notice is received or not.
