If you wish to file a formal complaint against a Gatesville police employee, there are instruction forms in the lobby of the police station located at 200 N. 8th Street. Once you have returned the formal complaint, a police supervisor will be assigned to investigate it. You should receive a response within 30 days of filing your complaint.
